WELCOME TO Ryan Michael's
We are a family owned and operated establishment. A family that loves good food and has enjoyed eating in restaurants for many generations. Naturally when we decided to open our first restaurant, “Taylors Dockside Grille” in Point Pleasant in 2008, we worked hard to provide a product that we were proud of, centered around good food and a friendly atmosphere.
Interestingly enough, we do not have a Degree in restaurant management, we did not attend prestigious culinary schools and we do not have a family history in the restaurant business whatsoever. Although we do have something far more important, something that cannot be learned through hours of study. Something that thousands of dollars in education cannot provide. We have Passion. We love what we do. Though the hours are strenuous and the work mountainous, we do not do this because we have to, we do this because we want to, because we enjoy it.
In May 2011 Ryan Michael’s opened its doors for the first time.
For me, the food I put on a plate is extremely important. I don’t believe in cutting corners or taking the easy route. When I compose a dish I want every element to be made from scratch with the highest-quality fresh ingredients that are available to me, because the bottom line is you can taste the difference.
Please know that every single plate is made to order with attention paid to detail, so on busy nights your patience is appreciated and we hope your food is worth the wait. It is my goal that all of our guests leave happy and return frequently. Without you we would not be able to continue doing what we love, so thank you!
